Revisión Narrativa del Desarrollo Profesional de Docentes de Matemáticas: Reflexiones.
Resumo
Esta revisão apresenta uma revisão do desenvolvimento profissional de professores (DPP) em matemática, conduzida por meio de busca direta em mecanismos de busca acadêmicos. Concentrou-se na análise das características das intervenções propostas para o DP, como a modalidade, a abordagem ao conhecimento matemático e pedagógico, o uso de tecnologias e as estratégias de ensino. Três modalidades foram identificadas: presencial, online e semipresencial; há pouca pesquisa sobre as deficiências e necessidades de professores do ensino médio em treinamentos fora do serviço. Consideramos importante explorar as dificuldades que esses professores enfrentam e os benefícios que o DPP pode proporcionar
